GoMovieHub is an informational website that aggregates movie metadata from public APIs and other publicly available sources. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted movie content, full movies, or protected media files. All movie information displayed on our website is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) API and other public databases for informational purposes only.

DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
